It is very modern, user friendly and most importantly, has helped run my small pet care business so much smoother. I have been finding my way around the system quite well, it is incredibly user friendly, it offers a lot of options but you have scaled it to not be overwhelming! I have heard 99% of the time only positive comments from our clients, only one "complaint" and he hasn't even used it yet. LOL!
