Meet the creators

We founded Precise Petcare in 2009 by combining Adam's software expertise with Lynn's firsthand experience owning and operating a full-service dog walking and pet care business in Portland, Maine.

Precise Petcare was originally built exclusively for Lynn's business. From 2009 through 2012, we developed and refined it through daily use-managing real schedules, staff, client communication, billing, and service delivery. This gave us three years to understand what worked, what didn't, and what professional pet care businesses actually needed before offering the software publicly.

In 2012, we launched Precise Petcare for other pet sitting and dog walking companies. Adam has designed and developed the platform from the beginning, expanding it to include mobile field operations, GPS accountability, payments, payroll workflows, reporting, automation, integrations, and multi-location management. Lynn's experience continues to shape how the software supports business owners, their teams, and their clients.

Precise Petcare remains the independent, owner-led small business we started together. We work directly with our customers and understand the responsibility that comes with providing software their businesses depend on every day. Questions, challenges, and ideas are heard by people who know the product, care about the companies using it, and can influence what happens next.

Today, Precise Petcare supports professional pet sitting and dog walking companies across the United States and internationally, from independent operators to established teams and multi-location organizations.

We now live in Tennessee with our three daughters and our dogs, Maci and Muffin.
